They did a complete renovation of our apartment.

The project consisted in taking down walls, built new walls and plastered, put new  marble floor in, new PVC windows and sliding doors, false dry ceilings with inbuilt spot lights. As well as two completely new done bathrooms and a new kitchen. We had a new electrical system including rewiring, air conditioning with conducts  system and under floor heating.

Mr. Ashlamov and his team were very professional and cooperative and did the job with a very high standard and on time.

Mr. Konstantin Ashlamov and his company lngstroy s.l. have been in charge of the renovation of our apartment in llletas, Passeig llletes 72. The job consisted of a complete renovation of the apartment’s  layout  based on architect drawings. Taking down walls, installing new ones, redoing the entire floor, windows and doors as well as implementing a new kitchen and two bathrooms. The electricity was rewired for the entire apartment and floor heating as well as air-conditioning installed.

Mr. Ashlamov has been highly professional and cooperative throughout the entire process and I can only recommend him warmly.   His expertise and advise in dealing with permits and city regulations have proven invaluable.
