An example

After contacting one of our sales representatives, we initially suggest a meeting at your location of preference. This is to ensure we understand every client’s individual needs. It is usually recommended this be the place of the property in question.

Once the property is reviewed, we make a series of recommendations along with complete pricing within 2-3 business days. In the meantime prospective clients will be invited to inspect the previous completed properties in order to view different possibilities.

Once an agreement has been reached between the client and ourselves a work contract will be completed within a very short time, usually 3days.

The main renovation steps are as follows:

PHASE 1 STRUCTURAL MODIFICATIONS

Imagination is single driver in renovations. Clients can choose to modify the layout of their property to suit their individual tastes and requirements (where permitted). We can offer to make structural modifications as necessary in order to enjoy the properties full potential.

PHASE 2 PLUMBING AND HEATING

Plumbing and heating systems that include water retrieval and removal components are one of the most important and complicated matters in renovations. If the plumbing system malfunction or is not working at all, the property becomes completely unusable. This is why we stress complete renovation work in this. If not done properly, problems can occur at a later date and the repair work can be more expensive. We will inspect all your existing plumbing, make recommendations, and if necessary install a completely new system.

PHASE 3 WIRING

Many older type properties have outdated wiring systems and are not in line with modern requirements. For example, most modern electric appliances require wiring that delivers more power than the wiring systems in old apartments can handle. In addition, the location and the number of plugs and sockets are usually insufficient to support the number and arrangement of equipment you wish to install. We can inspect your existing systems (electrical, cable, phone) and make necessary recommendations. We also propose alternatives for additional systems to be installed in your house, as per your request (such as sound, computer systems)

PHASE 4 PRE FINISH AND TILING

Once the preceding services have been inspected and installed, we proceed pre-finishing and tiling. In the case of special rooms in the house, such as bathrooms and kitchens tiling work is performed according to the agreed design. We only use materials which we feel will provide long life and will become a source of pride for its owners.

PHASE 5 PAINTING, DECORATIVE WORK AND FLOORING

The final stage of the renovation is making the property an esthetically comfortable place to live. Special care is taken to renew existing walls and windows with new top quality paints and materials. Walls and doors in older type flats usually require complete refinishing and renewal. As per customer request, decorative work is added, such as dry walls and plaster moldings. At the last stage, flooring is either repaired or installed new.
