Willkommen bei Ingstroy S.L., unserer seit 1984 sehr erfolgreich tätigen Baufirma. Ingstroy S.L. hat perfekt qualifizierte Leute für die Renovierung von Altbauten und die Errichtung von Neubauten. Gegründet in Deutschland, expandierten wir vor 18 Jahren und sind seither auch auf den Balearen tätig.

They did a complete renovation of our apartment.

The project consisted in taking down walls, built new walls and plastered, put new  marble floor in, new PVC windows and sliding doors, false dry ceilings with inbuilt spot lights. As well as two completely new done bathrooms and a new kitchen. We had a new electrical system including rewiring, air conditioning with conducts  system and under floor heating.

Mr. Ashlamov and his team were very professional and cooperative and did the job with a very high standard and on time.

We bought a apartment in Illetas summer of 2015 and Konstantin Ashlamov and his firm were responsible for a total refurbishment of our apartment. They delivered on time and on quality. When there has been small issues that needed attention Konstantin always replied quickly and took a responsible attitude. Both Konstantin and his workers are very friendly and polite. Mr. Konstantin Ashlamov and his company lngstroy s.l. have been in charge of the renovation of our apartment in llletas, Passeig llletes 72. The job consisted of a complete renovation of the apartment’s  layout  based on architect drawings. Taking down walls, installing new ones, redoing the entire floor, windows and doors as well as implementing a new kitchen and two bathrooms. The electricity was rewired for the entire apartment and floor heating as well as air-conditioning installed.

Mr. Ashlamov has been highly professional and cooperative throughout the entire process and I can only recommend him warmly.   His expertise and advise in dealing with permits and city regulations have proven invaluable.
